Renaissance Gallery | HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said Corner
The most significant and highlighted gallery in the National Museum of Oman portraying the legacy of the late Sultan and presenting his achievements over the first five decades of the Omani Renaissance, which laid solid foundations for a comprehensive development process towards a brighter future under the wise leadership of His Majesty the Sultan.
With the inauguration of the Sultan Qaboos Corner, the Renaissance Age Hall will celebrate Oman’s modern history and the epochs of progress and prosperity that the country has witnessed since 1970. The gallery includes gifts made to Oman by leaders of Arab and non-Arab states, and these will in particular depict the country’s regional and international status during the late Sultan’s era.
